Senior Helicopter Operations Coordinator (JOC)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule helicopter flights and supply vessels for offshore operations
• Coordinate personnel travel, cargo, and material deliveries
• Optimize routing, capacity, and scheduling efficiency
• Resolve booking conflicts (payload, overbooking, timing)
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, ports, and internal teams
• Prepare daily logistics and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Support and manage logistics IT systems and user access

Work Conditions

• Based in operations control center (JOC)
• 24/7 shift pattern (12-hour shifts, rotating day/night)
• On-call during off days

Requirements

• Diploma / College education
• 6+ years experience in helicopter or marine logistics (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of offshore logistics and safety risks
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
