Eden Blossom Salon is expanding its hair department and is looking for a highly skilled **Senior Hairdresser** who meets the following standards.

We are not looking for entry-level stylists or assistants.
This role is for an experienced professional who can work independently, deliver consistently high-quality results, and contribute to the growth of the salon.
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum **5 years of professional hairdressing experience**
- At least **2 years of experience working in Dubai/UAE salons**
- Strong technical ability in:
- Hair colouring (highlights, balayage, full color, corrections)
- Hair cutting (ladies cuts, modern styling)
- Blow-dries & styling
- Hair treatments and extensions
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong spoken English and confident client communication
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
Additional Requirements (Important)
- Comfortable being **on camera and participating in content creation** (social media is part of the role)
- Confident showcasing your work and engaging with clients on digital platforms
- Fun, positive personality with strong teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced salon environment
- Willingness to contribute actively to growing the salon’s hair department
