Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Zoho Books and Tally ERP / TallyPrime
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
- Handle daily retail POS reconciliation with accounting software
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing entries and financial statements
Uae Vat & Fta Compliance
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns on the FTA EmaraTax portal
- Ensure correct VAT treatment for retail transactions (standard, zero-rated, exempt)
- Manage VAT-compliant invoices, credit notes, and maintain proper tax records
- Handle FTA audit queries and voluntary disclosures if required
Corporate Tax (Ct)
- Support UAE Corporate Tax registration and annual filing (effective June 2023)
- Maintain documentation for qualifying income, allowable deductions, and transfer pricing
- Liaise with external tax consultants as required
Zoho Books
- Manage invoicing, expenses, banking, and inventory modules in Zoho Books
- Generate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports from Zoho Books
- Set up automated workflows, payment reminders, and approval flows
- Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory / Zoho CRM for multi-branch retail operations
Tally Erp And Tallyprime
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, cost centres, and stock groups in Tally
- Generate MIS reports, trial balances, and audit-ready exports
- Manage inventory valuation (FIFO / Weighted Average) and stock movement in Tally
Payroll & Hr Finance
- Process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS (Wages Protection System)
- Calculate end-of-service gratuity, leave salary, and final settlements
- Maintain salary registers and payroll journals
Reporting & Audit
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Track KPIs: gross margin, COGS, inventory turnover, and working capital
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA Finance)
- Professional certification preferred: CA (Inter/Final), ACCA, CMA, or CPA
Experience
- 4–6 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in UAE retail sector
- Hands-on Zoho Books experience — MANDATORY
- Hands-on Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime experience — MANDATORY
- Practical UAE VAT filing and FTA EmaraTax portal experience — MANDATORY
- UAE Corporate Tax exposure is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Zoho Books — invoicing, expenses, inventory, banking, reports
- Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime — ledgers, MIS, inventory, payroll
- UAE VAT Law (Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017) and Corporate Tax Law (Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022)
- MS Excel — Advanced (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling)
- POS system integration and multi-branch retail accounting
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
