Senior Hair Stylist

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Hair Stylist with strong expertise in cutting, coloring, and advanced styling techniques including curling and blow-dry styling. The ideal candidate should deliver high-quality services and create a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional haircuts, coloring, highlights, and treatments
• Execute advanced styling techniques including curling, blow-drying, and occasion styling
• Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles
• Ensure excellent finishing and long-lasting styling results
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstations
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, tools, and techniques
• Support and guide junior staff when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist (Senior level preferred)
• Strong skills in curling (iron/roller), blow-dry styling, and finishing techniques
• Experience in hair coloring, cutting, and treatments
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Knowledge of professional hair products and tools

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE/GCC salons
• Ability to handle different hair types and textures
• Existing client base is an advantage
