Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our Al Ain branch. This is a leadership-level role responsible not only for delivering exceptional hair services but also for managing and elevating the hair section performance, team standards, and client experience.

This position is not entry-level or mid-level — we are looking for a confident professional who can handle premium clients, drive revenue, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, treatments, and styling

* Perform professional consultations and recommend tailored solutions for each client

* Maintain exceptional standards of client care, hygiene, and service delivery

* Actively upsell services, treatments, and retail products to achieve targets

* Oversee daily operations of the hair section and support team performance

* Mentor and guide junior stylists to maintain La Poupee standards

* Stay updated with latest trends, techniques, and treatment innovations

* Ensure a polished, well-groomed professional appearance at all times

Requirements

* Minimum 10 years of experience in professional salon environments

* Proven experience in premium or high-end salons

* Strong expertise in hair color, treatments, cutting, and styling

* Experience handling a busy salon environment and demanding clientele

* Strong sales and upselling ability (services and retail)

* Leadership mindset with ability to manage and support a team

* Excellent communication skills — English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus

* Must be currently based in the UAE OR willing to travel to Al Ain for assessment

Trade Test Requirement

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an in-person trade test at our Al Ain branch.

The trade test will include:

* Haircut

* Hair color application

* Styling

* Client consultation assessment

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
