• ion.Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standa
• rds.Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediat
• ely.Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special reque
