About The Job

• The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes:
• Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination.
• Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.
• Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within an international hotel or luxury service environment
• Role expected to start from September onwards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating and responding to guest needs
• Well-presented, professional, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
