Senior GTM Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

What you'll do

• Define, document, and improve metrics for pipeline, conversion, attainment, forecast accuracy, retention, NRR, customer health, and expansion.
• Develop consistent commercial performance measures across business units.
• Produce executive insights to diagnose performance, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize investments.
• Connect data across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to explain business trends.
• Investigate root causes, quantify impact, and recommend actions beyond reporting.
• Partner with Data Engineering and GTM Operations to model Salesforce, product usage, support, marketing, billing, and financial data for scalable analysis and self-service.
• Evaluate AI-enabled analytics capabilities and identify practical GTM Intelligence use cases.

Who you are

• Four or more years of GTM, Revenue, Customer Success, or Business Analytics experience in B2B SaaS.
• Expert SQL skills and hands-on experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or a similar modern BI platform.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and experience integrating operational data sources.
• Commitment to metric governance and data quality; able to solve ambiguous problems and communicate clear executive recommendations.
• Interested in AI-native analytics platforms and new approaches to business intelligence delivery.

Location and travel

• Remote role in the United States, with occasional travel.
