Role overview

Core work

• Set and run quarterly demand-generation plans and choose campaigns, audiences, channels and tactics based on commercial priorities.
• Develop and optimize integrated campaigns across paid media, email, web, content, prospect communications and new approaches.
• Own webinar marketing from audience strategy and promotion through registration, follow-up and measurement.
• Build nurture journeys, segmentation, triggers and automation that move leads toward sales readiness.
• Measure campaign contribution to qualified demand, pipeline and revenue using HubSpot and business intelligence capabilities.
• Use AI practically across marketing research, campaign development, content, nurture, experimentation and analysis.
• Run a demand-generation pilot in a priority international market, such as ANZ or the UK/Ireland.

Experience and approach

• Experience owning B2B demand generation and accountability for qualified leads, pipeline and commercial outcomes; SaaS or complex B2B experience is ideal.
• Hands-on integrated campaign experience across relevant channels, plus end-to-end webinar or virtual event execution.
• Experience bringing products to market, using funnel data to guide decisions, and building or improving nurture, segmentation and marketing automation.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to turn customer, market and product insight into demand strategies.
• Meaningful, practical use of AI in marketing work is expected.
• International demand generation experience and experience as a solo or one-of-few Growth Marketer are valuable, not mandatory.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary is CAD $110,000–$135,000 per year, aligned to role scope, experience and internal equity.
