Responsibilities
- Prototype data-driven workflows to unlock growth; help teams define and dashboard North Star metrics.
- Help initiatives run trusted experiments, measure impact, and identify trends through deep-dive analysis.
- Set and monitor objectives and core metrics with product and initiative leads; develop dashboards for teams and leadership.
- Work with go-to-market partners to identify opportunities and measure improvement of growth levers.
- Translate analysis into execution direction and investigate and size new opportunities with product leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience using SQL to investigate datasets and produce actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics.
- Five or more years in a product or analytics role at a fast-growing marketplace startup is ideal.
- Comfort expressing relationships with mathematical equations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, adaptability in explaining complex topics, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
- Passion for Roo's animal-health mission.
Compensation ranges
- Exact compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location.
- Tier 1 range: $155,000–$200,000 USD; examples include San Francisco and New York City.
- Tier 2 range: $135,000–$180,000 USD; examples include Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, Washington, DC, San Diego, and Chicago.
- Tier 3 range: $130,000–$170,000 USD; examples include Austin, Dallas, Portland, Denver, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Sacramento.
- Tier 4 range: $120,000–$160,000 USD; examples include Minneapolis, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.
- Tier 5 range: $115,000–$150,000 USD; examples include Madison, Birmingham, San Antonio, Spokane, and Toronto.
