As we continue to expand our creative team, we re seeking a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to help bring bold ideas to life.
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing creative design concepts across various platforms.
This position requires a strong background in branding, packaging, and digital content creation.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to deliver visually powerful campaigns that align with Magnetic s creative direction and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop brand identities and produce comprehensive brand guideline documents.
- Design visually appealing packaging concepts that reflect the brand s essence and positioning.
- Develop engaging digital and social media visuals that drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver unified and effective creative campaigns.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all materials and channels.
- Research current design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven experience in branding, packaging design, and social media visuals.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and commercial projects.
