Support clients throughout their journey with Mohasby services.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate between clients and internal accounting/operations teams.
Help onboard new clients and guide them through our processes.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance experience.
Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.
Support the team in improving retention and engagement strategies.
