Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1.Takes a leadership role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual assets across various mediums for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 2. Leads and mentors a team of graphic designers within the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment. 3. Plans and create marketing and advertising executions and campaigns. They do this via creating engaging, eye catching visual solutions to effectively communicate messages across various mediums such as advertisements, banners (pop-up and roll-up) posters, digital, and electronic media. 4. Manages multiple design projects simultaneously for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. 5. Communication design, developing educational and content with different levels of complexity delivering messages to patients in formats such as infographics to simplify difficult medical concepts to the typical patient (non-medical acumen). 6. Designs promotional displays, packaging, posters, brochures, and advertisements in line with the Fakeeh Care brand guidelines. 7. Ability to enhance Patient experience and interface design. Must be able to interpret research and develop designs in line with patient feedback during AB testing and work within the confines of digital platforms for websites, apps and digital platforms. 8. Stays updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into design concepts for Fakeeh Healthcare facility projects. 9. Reviews and approves design concepts, ensuring they meet both creative standards and project specifications for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility. 10. Plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements and communication channels for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility. 11. Participates in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and strategies to enhance design projects. 12. Provides art direction for photo shoots, illustrations, and other visual elements as needed. 13. Collaborates with external vendors and agencies to enhance design capabilities and resources for the Fakeeh Healthcare facility when required. 14. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job. Skills and Abilities: - Expert proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design tools. - Knowledge of print and digital production processes and requirements. - Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing design requirements. Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field. Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic. Licenses / Certifications: N/A
