Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1.
Closing of employee shifts from 7 AM to 1 AM (daily basis) throughout the week, including Fridays and Saturdays. 2.
Reviewing and verifying all receipt slips for date, amount, and matching corresponding Point of sale (POS) machine records. 3.
Reconciling total receipts of the receptionists with the POS machine totals to ensure completeness and accuracy. 4.
Reviewing cancellations and refunds by serial numbers, verifying with system records, and checking employee, supervisor signatures, and relevant patient data for reconciliation purposes. 5.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering all collection activities across the hospital and branches. 6.
Closing shifts of other hospital staff, including nurses and doctors, to ensure financial accuracy and any cash collection. 7.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
