Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and layout books, magazines, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, reports, and other publishing materials using **Adobe InDesign**.
• Format and prepare manuscripts for print and digital publication.
• Create visually appealing page layouts, typography, and graphics while maintaining publishing standards.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and production teams to ensure content is accurately presented.
• Manage master pages, paragraph styles, character styles, templates, and long-document formatting in InDesign.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure compliance with printing specifications.
• Perform quality checks on layouts, typography, image placement, and overall design consistency.
• Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and create supporting graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Maintain brand consistency across all publications and marketing materials.
• Meet project deadlines while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• **2–5 years of experience** in graphic design, preferably within a publishing, printing, or media environment.
• **Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign** is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, page layout, color management, and print production processes.
• Experience working with long documents, books, magazines, and multi-page publications.
