We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between departments, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and assist in managing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- **Salary:** As per company standards and experience.
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
