The opportunity

Join Humanforce's product and engineering team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer.

Design, build and improve customer-focused products across backend and frontend technologies.

Work across the software development lifecycle with engineers, product managers, designers and other specialists.

What you will do

  • Design, build, test and maintain full-stack software; develop .NET backend services and APIs and build responsive frontend experiences.
  • Contribute to technical design, architecture and engineering standards; translate business and customer needs into practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design and engineering teams, negotiate practical scope and deliver customer outcomes.
  • Own work from discovery and estimation through delivery and ongoing improvement; identify opportunities beyond assigned tickets.
  • Use a testing-first approach, maintain automated tests and regression protection, and validate changes before release.
  • Address performance, scalability, reliability and security; participate in code reviews and support clean, maintainable code.
  • Mentor engineers, investigate production issues when required, and explore responsible use of AI tools to improve development.

What we are looking for

  • Significant commercial full-stack software engineering experience in a product or SaaS environment.
  • Strong .NET and C# application development experience and strong frontend development experience with modern practices.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, automated testing, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
  • Practical experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, API or end-to-end automated tests.
  • Experience with agile product and engineering teams; strong software design, engineering patterns and development lifecycle knowledge.
  • A track record delivering reliable, maintainable and scalable software, with strong problem-solving and pragmatic technical judgement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and negotiating requirements.
  • Experience mentoring or leading engineers and supporting their engagement, accountability and development.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and AI-enabled product experiences.

Work arrangements

  • The role follows a hybrid model with a minimum of two office days per week and flexibility tailored to individual and team needs.

Benefits

  • Flexible working, learning and development, paid parental leave, additional wellbeing leave, an employee assistance program, recognition rewards and financial wellbeing resources.
  • The company describes a collaborative culture and opportunity to contribute to a global technology business.
