Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Frontend expertise to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will specialize in React and latest frontend technologies, while also being capable of handling backend integrations and system architecture. You will be working on advanced platforms including AI-driven systems, real-time multimedia monitoring (MMS), analytics dashboards, and command & control applications.

Key Responsibilities 🎯 Frontend (Primary Focus)

• Develop high-performance, scalable web apps using React.js / Next.js

• Build responsive, pixel-perfect UI with Tailwind CSS / Material UI

• Implement state management using Redux / Zustand / React Query

• Optimize performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, SSR)

• Work on real-time UI updates (WebSockets, streaming dashboards)

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

⚙️ Full Stack / Backend (Secondary)

• Integrate APIs (REST / GraphQL)

• Work with Node.js (Express/NestJS) for backend services

• Handle authentication (JWT, OAuth, role-based access)

• Work with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL)

• Debug and optimize API performance

🧩 System & Architecture

• Design scalable frontend architecture for large systems

• Work with microservices-based backend environments

• Collaborate with DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

• Ensure clean code, modular structure, and best practices
