About the company and project
Indra is a global technology and consulting company working across transport, defence, air traffic management, space and information technology.
Indra will operate, develop, enhance and expand TfL ticketing and access-control systems under a long-term contract through 2034, with extension options to 2039.
The programme covers a large ticketing ecosystem, including turnstiles, validators, ticket machines, sales terminals, back-office systems, payment gateways, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
After an approximately two-year transition, Indra is expected to become the sole provider across TfL’s network.

Role responsibilities
- Prepare for operational readiness during the transition phase.
- Capture knowledge with customer stakeholders, incumbent supplier subject-matter experts, technical resolver groups and service management functions.
- Validate procedures and prepare the service for continued operation.
- Support critical back-office applications and fraud-management services after transition.
- Create and monitor reports for the Fraud Reduction Team and suggest improvements.
Candidate requirements
- Strong application operations and support capabilities.
- Data analysis and operational documentation experience.
- Payment-processing environment experience related to fraud prevention, fraud analysis, hotlist administration or payment-processing support.
