Location and workplace

  • The role is advertised for the United Kingdom and explicitly marked remote.

About Reachdesk

Reachdesk provides an end-to-end global gifting and branded merchandise platform for B2B companies.

Its platform supports personalized gifts, swag, and event and brand experiences through sourcing, storage, and global delivery.

The company has hubs in New York, London, and Lisbon.

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst reports to the CFO and owns core planning and forecasting.

The role turns data into insights and recommendations and works with leaders across the business.

Planning spans SaaS and prepaid customer wallets, a global gift marketplace, merchandise, international fulfilment, multiple entities, and currencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain consolidated operating models and rolling P&L and cash forecasts across entities and revenue streams, including wallet balances.
  • Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, with analysis of performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work with leaders and budget holders to challenge assumptions, solve problems, and drive work to completion.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and board and investor materials with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse unit economics and revenue-stream margins to inform pricing, deals, investment, and commercial decisions.
  • Maintain consistent definitions of ARR, retention, and margin metrics and reconcile them to monthly financials.
  • Calculate sales commissions and support commission plan design and review.
  • Provide transaction analysis for VAT registrations and disclosures and US sales tax thresholds.
  • Maintain dashboards and self-service reporting with the business systems team, including data and integrations.
  • Automate forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis using AI and other tools.

Candidate requirements

  • Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, transaction services, or another highly analytical finance role.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills, including driver-based forecasting and integrated financial models.
  • Strong business judgement and curiosity, with the ability to turn analysis into recommendations and action.
  • Ability to take ownership, work across teams, build credibility with non-finance colleagues, and drive work through completion.
  • Strong accounting foundation and ability to connect operational metrics and forecasts to financial results and the general ledger.
  • Experience working across multiple systems; ERP and CRM experience is valuable, with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
  • Fluency with AI and automation tools and experience applying them to improve Finance work.
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain complex analysis and produce high-quality materials for senior leaders and the board.
  • Proactive, highly organised, and effective in a fast-moving international business.
