About The Role We have an exciting opportunity in Riyadh, KSA. We are looking for an experienced FM Strategy Consultant. The FM Strategy Consultant will provide strategic advisory services to our clients in the Middle East, to help optimise FM delivery, achieve value for money, deliver against sustainability and compliance objectives. The role focuses on developing FM strategies, operating models, and improvement programmes across the asset lifecycle. It is essential that you already have experience of working in KSA and are prepared to be located in KSA for the immediate term.

This role is responsible for creating strategic frameworks, delivering consultancy solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of premium FM projects in alignment with operational and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FM strategies tailored for robotic and aeronautical environments
• Lead strategic planning initiatives for premium and high-profile FM projects.
• Translate organisational goals into practical FM operating models
• Support clients in defining long-term estate and FM roadmaps
• Oversee consultancy deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate strategic frameworks into day-to-day FM operations.
• Ensure FM strategies meet statutory, regulatory, and H&S requirements
• Embed sustainability, net zero, and ESG principles into FM strategies
• Advise on smart buildings, digital FM systems, and data-driven decision-making
• Monitor and report on strategic KPIs, project outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation within FM services.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security requirements for sensitive sites.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on strategy, facilities and project outcomes
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively

About You Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in facility management consultancy with a focus on strategy, transformation or project management.
• Professional membership (e.g. IWFM, RICS, CIBSE) desirable
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 41001, ISO 55001)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of CAFM, IWMS, and FM data analytics
• Experience supporting net zero or sustainability strategies
• Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and service providers
• Project management skillset to manage sub consultants and other resources for the project
• Capable of presenting to C-suite members
