Role Overview
Provide on-site technical oversight and operational governance of integrated facilities management services.

Monitor hard and soft FM services, contractor performance, asset condition, worker welfare, hygiene, maintenance, and service quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day on-site oversight across workforce accommodation, residential blocks, common areas, dining facilities, and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead routine field inspections of facility condition, operational performance, cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
- Monitor FM contractors and service providers against contractual requirements, approved procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Review contractor response times, work quality, preventive maintenance performance, and service-request closure.
- Identify operational deficiencies, engineering defects, maintenance issues, and service failures.
- Initiate corrective actions and follow up with contractors to ensure deficiencies are resolved within required timeframes.
Experience
