Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Fleet Manager – Construction Equipment, based in Abu Dhabi.
The Senior Fleet Manager will oversee the daily operations of construction equipment fleets, including managing fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and implementing operations management strategies.
Additional responsibilities include developing performance metrics, reviewing fleet efficiency, and ensuring optimal asset utilization.
The candidate will need to liaise with teams across procurement, maintenance, and logistics to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fleet Management and Fleet Operations
- Strong understanding of DOT Regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Excellent skills in Operations Management and process optimization
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating fleet performance and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead projects
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Candidate should have experience in buying and selling construction machines 10 years
