Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Accountant (US Experience) to work on a Contractor basis.

This role involves applying deep US accounting expertise to enhance next-generation AI systems through high-quality financial data annotation and validation.

Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform in real-world financial contexts.

The position leverages your domain knowledge in US GAAP standards and ERP systems to improve AI training datasets and evaluation processes.

Experience

in finance sectors is essential for delivering accurate, compliant, and relevant financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply US GAAP standards to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with an AI development team by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes and workflows.
  • Work with ERP systems including SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to identify best practices, workflow optimizations, and insights for AI training datasets.
  • Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets to detect inconsistencies, gaps, or errors that may impact AI model learning.
  • Document accounting processes, workflows, and feedback in clear, structured formats suitable for AI training and reinforcement learning environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Active US accounting experience including practical application of US GAAP standards and financial data validation.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks and ability to navigate accounting workflows and extract relevant data.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to review financial data for accuracy and consistency in high-stakes AI training contexts.
  • Experience documenting accounting processes, workflows, or financial reports suitable for technical training or review by AI systems.
  • Familiarity with financial auditing or quality assurance processes is preferred to support dataset validation and error identification.
