Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Marketing Consultant Expert to work on a contractual basis.

This person will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by analyzing complex marketing datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating detailed rubrics to assess model performance.

This work matters as it will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, ultimately enabling the development of reliable AI agents across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex marketing datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and enhance AI-driven marketing models.
  • Create detailed rubrics and frameworks using advanced marketing knowledge to assess model performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver high-quality, articulate written and verbal communications to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
  • Guide the customer's team in best marketing and consulting practices to optimize campaign outcomes and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, campaign assessment, and consulting methodologies is required, along with proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and leveraging data for model improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely are essential, with a proactive mindset always seeking innovative ways to drive results and foster collaboration.
  • A background in training, evaluating, or deploying AI-driven marketing tools or technologies is preferred, with an average of 7+ years of professional experience in marketing consulting or a related field.
