What you Bring

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Math/Statistics, or a related field
  • CPA designation (completed or in late stages of completion)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or performance measurement
  • P&C insurance knowledge or experience considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM / Hyperion applications considered an asset
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in applying AI‐enabled tools within a financial reporting and analysis environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to senior management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to identify and execute improvements
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple priorities and meet firm deadlines
  • Salary Range: $73,500 - $123,500
