Senior Financial Analyst - Healthcare
For SSMC Hospital - Sheikh Shakhbout Hospital, Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a large, complex organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare month‑end management reports and board‑level presentations
- Analyse financial performance, trends, and variances (Actual vs Budget)
- Develop forecasts, rolling budgets, and financial models
- Support annual budget preparation in coordination with department heads
- Conduct cost and profitability analysis to support decision‑making
- Produce ad‑hoc financial reports, benchmarking, and scenario analysis
- Establish and maintain financial control and reporting systems
- Supervise and review work of Financial Analysts to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting systems (ERP experience preferred)
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) are a plus
- Experience in a large healthcare or corporate environment is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
