We are conducting a confidential search for a senior finance executive to join a fast-growing global organization.
This role reports directly to the CFO and will be instrumental in shaping the company’s next phase of growth.

Due to strategic business expansion, we are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned finance leader to join our core management team.
This is a confidential hire, ensuring privacy protection and a smooth transition for the right candidate.
Key Focus Areas
- Strategic business partnering across global teams
- Full P&L ownership, budgeting, and rolling forecasts
- Finance transformation, system optimization, and process standardization
- Building and mentoring a high‑performing team
- What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent international certification strongly preferred
- 12–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years at the manager level or above in a Big 4 firm, followed by in‑house finance leadership experience
- Strong background in FP&A, controllership, or business partnering
- Proven ability to operate in complex, fast‑moving environments
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Preferred backgrounds: fintech, asset management, payments, B2B SaaS, management consulting, or high‑growth internet platforms
