Key Responsibilities
- Oversee **end-to-end financial operations** including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Prepare and analyze **financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE regulations, taxation, and international financial standards**
- Manage **cash flow, financial planning, and cost control**
- Coordinate with auditors for **internal and external audits**
- Develop and implement **financial strategies** to support business expansion
- Monitor and improve **financial processes and internal controls**
- Collaborate with leadership for **business decision-making and profitability analysis**
- Handle **payroll oversight, vendor payments, and reconciliations**
- Lead and mentor the **finance team**
Requirements
- **5–10 years** of experience in Finance / Accounting
- Experience working in **UAE or international markets** preferred
- Strong knowledge of **financial reporting, compliance, and taxation**
- Proficiency in **accounting software & Excel**
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, growth-oriented environment**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
