Senior - Female Tele Sales Ex
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Female Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven tele-sales experience in the UAE market, and the ability to close deals over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up until closure
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Technical knowledge is plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years of tele sales experience in UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Attractive salary + commission
- Visa & other benefits as per UAE labor law

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
