About The Role As a Sales Executive, you will work alongside high-performing sales professionals to promote cutting-edge fintech solutions, shaping advancements in payments, banking, and investment. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in generating new business and accelerating revenue growth for FIS Treasury and Risk Solutions. Your expertise in treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and risk analytics will enable you to identify opportunities within banks and financial institutions, engaging key stakeholders and presenting tailored solutions that address specific requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
- Generate new business and drive revenue by selling FIS Treasury and Risk solutions to financial institutions within the designated territory
- Build, develop, and manage a robust prospect pipeline aligned with sales targets
- Initiate contact with potential clients to present targeted FIS products and services
- Collaborate within the sales team to deliver assigned offerings to strategic accounts
- Utilize internal and external resources to enhance industry knowledge, including solutions, market trends, and competitor intelligence
- Prepare and deliver proposals to clients, working closely with pre-sales, SMEs, and Professional Services to ensure optimal alignment between client needs and FIS solutions
- Negotiate, structure, and finalize agreements that meet both client expectations and FIS delivery capabilities; leverage appropriate resources for product support
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
- Maintain accurate CRM data and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy
- Perform related duties as required
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales, particularly software, SaaS, or platform-based solutions within financial services or payments
- Demonstrated success selling to bank Treasury, Risk, and Finance functions, or within other financial ecosystems
- Proven track record in sales within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, with strong insight into local banking, regulatory landscapes, and market conditions
- Solid understanding of Treasury and Risk domains across various financial institutions and value-added services
- Expertise in managing complex, long-duration sales cycles involving C-level decision-makers and cross-functional teams
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities at the executive level
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, adept at translating client challenges into structured solution proposals
- Analytical mindset, capable of demonstrating ROI, efficiency, and growth benefits in transformation projects, and assisting prospects in building business cases from early engagement
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure during competitive negotiations
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal leaders, product teams, partners, clients, and regulators
- Fluent in business English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required
