Requirements

• Minimum **5 years of experience in the UAE** as a receptionist in Salon, Clinic, Hospital.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management/appointment systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience handling client’s registration, appointments, and inquiries.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the salon and provide them with the information regarding salon services.
• Answer any service related questions
• Determine customer's need for salon services by figuring out their problem areas
• Ensure that customers are handed over to the correct staff member for their services
• Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers
• Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments
• Handle appointment cancellation and shifting duties
