Overview
We are seeking **experienced Female Receptionists** to join our team **immediately** in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in **Salon, Clinic, or Hospital** settings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Currently based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving at the salon and provide them with the information regarding salon services.
- Answer any service related questions
- Determine customer's need for salon services by figuring out their problem areas
- Ensure that customers are handed over to the correct staff member for their services
- Answer telephone calls and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments
- Handle appointment cancellation and shifting duties
