Role Overview

Vindico is seeking a culturally aware and commercially sharp Senior Fashion Sales professional to join the Soulland flagship store at Dubai Hills Mall.

This role is ideal for someone who has grown up in the premium streetwear and lifestyle space — who understands the codes of the culture and can translate that knowledge into genuine, trusted relationships with customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Fashion Sales will serve as a floor leader, supporting daily operations, mentoring the sales team, and consistently delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and on-brand customer experience.

Sales & Customer Experience

· Deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store experience to every customer — reflecting Soulland's authentic, human, and community-driven values.

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive clienteling and follow-up.

· Proactively promote new arrivals, collaborations, and library products with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge.

· Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-first mindset.

· Customer data collection should be >95%

Team Support & Floor Leadership

· Support the Store Manager in supervising the sales floor and maintaining operational standards during peak periods.

· Act as a mentor and role model for Fashion Sales associates — sharing product knowledge, clienteling best practices, and brand culture.

· Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they are aligned with Soulland's brand values and service expectations.

· Lead the floor in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring store standards are upheld.

Product & Brand Knowledge

· Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of Soulland's collections, collaborations, fabrics, and brand story.

· Communicate the brand's roots in Copenhagen skate and graffiti culture, its commitment to craftsmanship, and its responsible sourcing ethos with confidence and authenticity.

· Support visual merchandising alignment in coordination with the Store Manager.

Operational Support

· Support daily operational tasks including stock management, replenishment, and store presentation.

· Assist in processing transactions accurately and efficiently on the POS system.

· Contribute to stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.

· Cash handling accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies

Genuine passion for premium streetwear, lifestyle fashion, and contemporary culture.

· Minimum 3–5 years of fashion retail sales experience, ideally in a premium streetwear or lifestyle environment.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — warm, approachable, and naturally engaging.

· Strong clienteling instincts with an ability to build lasting customer relationships.

· Commercially minded with an understanding of retail KPIs and individual sales performance.

· Ability to mentor peers and contribute to a positive team environment.

· POS system proficiency and basic operational awareness.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in premium fashion retail
  • Demonstrable record of hitting personal sales targets
  • Confident, warm communicator — able to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
  • Styling instinct — able to advise on product combinations naturally
  • English essential, Arabic and/or additional language an advantage

KRA

  • Deliver the full Soulland customer experience — from greeting to send-off — at the highest standard
  • Act as Store Manager on duty in SM's absence — all SM responsibilities apply
  • Own the fitting room zone — proactive engagement, size alternatives, add-on selling
  • Build a personal clienteling book — know your top 20 customers by name, preference and purchase history
  • Support VM in maintaining floor standards throughout the shift
  • Mentor and buddy new Sales Associates during their first 30 days
  • Complete daily shift handover note at every shift change
  • Achieve individual sales targets and UPT benchmarks set weekly by SM

Performance KPIs

  • Individual monthly sales contribution
  • UPT (1.8)
  • ATV : 500
  • Conversion rate (10% at a store level)
  • Clienteling log — minimum 15 30 customer entries updated per month
  • Drive customer retention by achieving a minimum of 5 repeating customers per month starting from Month 4, with continuous growth thereafter.
  • Mystery shop service score — minimum 4.5/5.0
