Vindico Retail is looking for four enthusiastic and culturally plugged-in Fashion Sales associates to join the Soulland flagship store team at Dubai Hills Mall.

These roles are the heartbeat of the store — the people who greet, engage, and genuinely connect with Soulland's community of customers every single day.

The ideal candidate doesn't need to be the most experienced person in the room — they need to be the most authentic.

Someone who walks in already understanding what Soulland represents, who wears the culture, lives the aesthetic, and can make every customer feel seen, welcomed, and inspired.

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Welcome and engage customers in a warm, natural, and brand-authentic manner.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through the Soulland product range with confidence and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully — prioritizing customer satisfaction over transaction size.
  • Maintain product knowledge across seasonal collections, collaborations, the Library range, and brand heritage.

Store Operations

  • Drive individual sales targets — conversion, AOV, and UPT
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across all categories, materials, and current season storytelling
  • Register every customer in Salesforce at point of sale — no exceptions
  • Manage WhatsApp Business communication with clients — follow-up, reservations, waitlists
  • Support VM standards on the floor — folding, rehanging, size runs, and focal point upkeep between VM resets
  • Handle exchanges and returns per SOP, escalating complaints to the Store Manager

Store Operations

  • Maintain impeccable store presentation — ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld at all times.
  • Perform accurate POS transactions, manage returns/exchanges, and adhere to all operational protocols.
  • Support stock replenishment, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Follow all company SOPs, brand guidelines, and UAE retail compliance requirements.
  • Cash handling accuracy

Brand Representation

  • Represent Soulland's brand identity authentically in appearance, attitude, and communication.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and community-driven store atmosphere.
  • Participate in team training sessions, product knowledge updates, and brand briefings.
  • Support in-store events, activations, and community initiatives as directed.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Genuine interest in and knowledge of premium streetwear, lifestyle fashion, and contemporary culture.
  • Warm, approachable, and naturally engaging personality — someone the brand's community would gravitate towards.
  • Basic to intermediate retail sales experience (1–3 years preferred; right attitude prioritized over years).
  • Ability to communicate product stories and brand values authentically without scripted pitching.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic POS and operational awareness.

& Experience

  • Minimum 1 year premium retail or customer-facing experience
  • Genuine interest in fashion and the Soulland brand aesthetic
  • Professional appearance and communication — premium presentation standard
  • Reliable, flexible availability including weekends
  • English essential, additional languages are an advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Deliver the Soulland service standard on every customer interaction without exception
  • Maintain personal area of the floor — stock levels, folding standards, visual cleanliness
  • Process all transactions accurately on POS — sales, exchanges, returns
  • Complete floor replenishment from stockroom when prompted by SM or stock alert
  • Participate in all team briefings, training sessions and SOP tests
  • Submit weekly self-assessment against KPIs using the weekly reporting format
  • Flag any VM issues, stock discrepancies or customer complaints immediately to SM

Performance KPIs

  • Monthly sales contribution — individual target set by SM
  • UPT : 1.7
  • ATV: 500
  • Customer acquisition: 20 per month
  • Customer retention: 3 per month from month 4
  • Punctuality and attendance — zero unexplained lateness
  • SOP compliance — 100% adherence as measured in team reviews
