Qualifications

  • · Strong machine operation skills, including the ability to set up and safely run CNC and related machinery.
  • · Manual machining to include with lathes and mills, but not limited to.
  • · Hands-on experience with machining processes, such as milling and turning, and reading basic technical drawings.
  • · Applied quality control skills, including inspecting parts, using measuring tools, and maintaining production standards.
  • · General mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial machinery, tools, and equipment.
  • · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with attention to detail and safe work practices.
  • · Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; CNC programming experience is a plus.
  • · Willingness to work on-site in Theodore, AL, including standing for extended periods and handling materials as required.
  • · High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or CNC operation is preferred.
  • · Experience with 3D Modeling software, such as Fusion 360 or Solidworks, is a plus but not required.
  • Pay Range:
  • $18.30 - $29.22
  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
