Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven **Senior Export Sales Executive** with a proven track record in generating export sales, expanding international markets, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in customer acquisition, commercial negotiations, export documentation, and managing the complete international sales process from inquiry to shipment.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills who can identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase export sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new international customers and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and business partners.
  • Prepare and manage export quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct product pricing analysis while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including:
  • Quotations
  • Sales Contracts

• Purchase Orders (PO)

  • Proforma Invoices
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Packing Lists
  • Letters of Credit (L/C)
  • Shipping Documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer orders from quotation through delivery and payment collection.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs requirements, and export procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • **Minimum of 3–5 years of experience** in Export Sales, International Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in generating export sales and achieving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and international account management.
  • Strong experience in product pricing, cost analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and managing:
  • Export Quotations
  • Sales Contracts
  • Purchase Orders
  • Letters of Credit (L/C)
  • Export and shipping documentation
  • Good understanding of international trade practices, Incoterms, and export procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs documentation is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under deadlines.

They possess strong expertise in generating export revenue, acquiring new customers, negotiating commercial terms, preparing export quotations and contracts, and managing critical trade documents such as **Purchase Orders, Letters of Credit (L/C), and export shipping documentation**.

They are proactive, commercially minded, and capable of building long-term relationships with global customers while consistently achieving sales targets.
