Senior Executive-OSS Support Engineer (Telecom Networks & Monitoring Applications) -Pune VOIS

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT, telecommunications OSS application support or network operations environments. Experience supporting OSS platforms such as Ciena, Infinera, Chronos, Infoblox Grid Master and Clavister InControl. Good knowledge of Unix shell scripting, SQL and Python. Experience working with databases including Oracle SQL, Oracle Exadata and MySQL. Understanding of network management and integration protocols such as SNMP, CORBA and SOAP/XML. Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive operational mindset. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
