Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and maintenance of frontend and backend web applications.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, strategists, and marketing professionals.
- Develop responsive interfaces and scalable backend functionality.
- Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Own testing, debugging, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Improve development workflows, automation systems, and application scalability.
- Use AI-powered development tools and intelligent environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth.
- Contribute to technical decisions and code quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development knowledge.
- Experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Familiarity with backend technologies, REST APIs, databases, and Git or GitHub.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic professional setting.
Mandatory AI Tool Proficiency
- Candidates must be comfortable working with modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
- Examples include ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, and other AI-powered tools.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹400,000–₹600,000 per year.
