Role Overview
Full Stack Developer role focused on scalable web platforms, marketing technologies, automation systems, and AI-integrated workflows.
The role is intended for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to contribute to live projects and develop modern full stack expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend web applications.
- Build responsive interfaces and integrate backend functionality, REST APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
- Improve development workflows, automation processes, application scalability, and coding efficiency with AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior developers to deliver technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts.
- Working knowledge of React.js or Next.js, backend technologies, REST APIs, and databases.
- Basic to intermediate Git/GitHub and version control knowledge.
- Ability to debug applications and demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Mandatory AI Tool Proficiency
- Comfort using modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools is mandatory.
- Examples include ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, and other AI-powered development, automation, or creative tools.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
