What you’ll do
- Process employee lifecycle and HR administration transactions accurately and efficiently within established processes and policies. Ensure service delivery meets agreed service level agreements and customer expectations. Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across HR systems and manual processes. Support audits and data integrity requirements through thorough validation and quality checks. Identify and recommend opportunities for process simplification, continuous improvement, digitisation, and automation. Collaborate with subject matter experts, team leaders, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support operational excellence. Proactively monitor transactions to minimise errors, prevent escalations, and enhance customer experience.
Who you are
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Human Resources is preferred. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Organisational Management modules. Up to 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee data management, or a related shared services environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to deliver work accurately within defined service level agreements and quality standards. Good attention to detail with a customer-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
