Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities and materials comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, approved drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures at project sites.
- Conduct inspections for fit-out works including: Gypsum partitions & ceilings, Joinery and carpentry works, Marble, tile, and flooring works, Painting and finishing works, MEP coordination works.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and method statements.
- Monitor workmanship quality and site progress.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, checklists, NCRs, and close-out reports.
- Maintain project quality documentation and records.
- Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
