Abunayyan Holding is hiring a Senior Estimation Engineer for Data Centers and Mission-Critical Infrastructure.

The role joins the Presales & Tendering team and requires experience in Data Centers, MEP, and Critical Infrastructure Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for data center projects.
- Review RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender requirements.
- Develop competitive pricing for electrical, mechanical, ELV, and infrastructure systems.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and assess tender-related risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
- Prepare commercial proposals and support tender submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or cost engineering.
- Experience in Data Centers or Mission-Critical MEP Projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC/cooling, fire protection, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
