Position summary

SE Health seeks a strategic technology leader to define, govern, and advance its enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and technology strategy.

The architect provides enterprise-wide guidance across business, application, information, data, AI, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security architectures.

The role aligns technology investments with organizational priorities and advises senior leaders on transformation and innovation initiatives.

Strategy and governance

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Establish future-state architecture roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead architecture reviews and participate in governance forums and Architecture Review Boards.
  • Align technology investments with enterprise standards and strategic priorities.
  • Identify and mitigate enterprise technology risks through architecture planning and governance.

Transformation and architecture advisory

  • Translate strategic priorities into technology roadmaps with business and technology leaders.
  • Guide enterprise transformation initiatives and digital modernization programs.
  • Evaluate organizational capabilities and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
  • Review solution designs for consistency with enterprise principles, standards, and target-state architecture.
  • Guide decisions involving AI, cloud, data, applications, integration, security, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Support business cases, technology selection, and vendor evaluations; assess technical debt and recommend modernization.

Cloud, security, and leadership

  • Develop cloud architecture strategies and modernization roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on secure, scalable, resilient solutions.
  • Recommend improvements to performance, reliability, cost optimization, and business value.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and organizational requirements.
  • Advise senior leaders, mentor architects and technical teams, facilitate workshops, and promote architecture best practices.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or a related area.

Contract duration

  • Six-month contract with a possibility of extension.
