Senior Engineering Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Engineering Technician who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and working directly on the production floor.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering and operations to troubleshoot equipment, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
- Requirements
- 2–4 years of technician or related experience
- Strong troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, diagnostic tools)
- Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or MES systems

May require ear protection for comfort in some cases. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and some toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock.
