Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for a large-scale industrial software modernization program.
- Manage architecture, .NET, React, QA, DevOps, data, and security workstreams.
- Ensure delivery quality, engineering governance, and milestone readiness.
- Lead distributed engineering teams and drive Agile delivery.
- Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and overall engineering delivery.
- Ensure project milestones and engineering governance requirements are met.
Required Skills
- Strong experience managing enterprise product modernization.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Strong experience in Agile delivery.
- Experience with complex legacy transformation.
- Strong engineering delivery and governance experience.
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams.
