Coherent Pixel Systems is hiring a QA Lead for an enterprise modernization programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead QA strategy for a complex enterprise modernization programme.
- Lead functional, API, integration, UI, performance, reliability, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
- Implement REST API automation and integration testing.
- Establish API contract testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and implement quality gates.
- Drive automation coverage and defect governance.
- Manage release-readiness evidence, test execution, and quality reporting.
- Support .NET and React applications and industrial or IoT platforms.
Required Skills
- At least 8 years of QA or software testing experience.
- Strong QA strategy, test leadership, and enterprise application testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or an equivalent framework.
- Strong REST API automation and integration-testing experience.
- Experience with contract testing, CI/CD quality gates, test automation coverage, defect governance, and release readiness.
- Experience with functional, regression, performance, and reliability testing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with .NET applications, React applications, industrial platforms, IoT platforms, enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or large-scale applications is preferred.
