  • You keep in touch with internal customers, build the customer relationships, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships, balance planning with actions, research initiatives and try innovative approaches, stay aligned with your goals and stay productive, focus on priorities and set stretch goals, apply systems and technology to stay on track, convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives.
  • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • 5+ years work experience as a sales/application engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of Fisher products and solutions
  • Experience with control valve sizing and selection
  • Understanding of customer specifications and how to influence with Fisher technology
  • Experience working in teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend internal and customer event
  • Working knowledge of EPC, OEM, Global Endusers and process licensors
  • Strong presentation / technology demonstration skills
  • Strong knowledge of strategic account management, the project pursuit lifecycle, and effective customer engagement strategies across all stages of project development and execution
