Senior Engineer - Privileged Access Management Support

Position overview

Key responsibilities

• Support PAM services, including privileged account management and secure access to on-premise and cloud resources.
• Manage secure credentials and support session management, zero standing privilege, just-in-time privileged access, and Identity and Access Analytics.
• Engineer and support IAM-related product suites and tools.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance for PAM products.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for P1/P2 incidents.
• Analyze platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to diagnose recurring structural anomalies.

Platforms and tools

• Example products and technologies include BeyondTrust Password Safe, BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management, BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access, SSH Key Management, MFA, SIEM, Azure Entra, Active Directory, Linux, and PowerShell scripts.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 6+ years of combined IT and security experience, broad IAM exposure focused on PAM, and over 4 years designing and deploying enterprise IAM solutions.
• Experience designing, managing, and supporting IAM and PAM products and the listed tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated successful implementation of security control frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 17799, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and PCI.
• Information security certification such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP, or equivalent business experience in a matrix organization.
