Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Waterloo Function: Product Engineering (CA) Title: Senior Engineer, Power Cylinder Product Validation & Verification (PV&V) - 122674 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

As a Senior Engineer, Power Cylinder Product Validation & Verification (PV&V) for JD Power Systems at Product Engineering Center located in Waterloo , IA , you will:

• Lead PV&V plan definition to verify power cylinder designs against product requirements across the product lifecycle, including Technology Development, Architecture Development, Product Delivery, Application Product Delivery , and Continuous Improvement
• Develop and manage power cylinder test procedures and methodology, including definition of new test procedures to close gaps and improve efficiency
• Support PV&V Mechanical Development in executing test plans, including post test inspection and data analysis
• Assess requirements verification status and elevate risks

VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

• 5 or more years of experience in PV&V, design, or development
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs

• Prior experience in engine and power cylinder PV&V, design, development, or problem resolution
• Knowledge of PV&V tools and techniques, including the VISION system
• Experience interpreting and analyzing data
• Systems engineering training and experience

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent related work experience
